In October 2018, Yoona bought a 1,462.56㎡ building in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 10 billion won. The building, constructed in 2014, has two basement floors and four ground floors, and sits on a 467.70㎥ lot. It boasts a convenient location, only a short 10-minute walk from both Gangnam-gu Office Station and Apgujeong Rodeo Station, making it easily accessible to various social services.
According to a report by News1 on July 12, it was revealed that Yoona had acquired the building in her name at the time. It is estimated that she paid a sum of 4 billion won in cash for the purchase, while the maximum bond amount was 7.2 billion won.
According to a real estate expert who spoke to Newsen, the current estimated market price of the building is 24.3 billion won. However, this estimate does not take into account the price of the building itself and also takes into consideration that the transaction was completed a year ago. Therefore, it is predicted that the building is now worth more than 25 billion won.
