THIS 4th-Gen Female Idol Frustrates Fans for ‘Flirting’ With Boy Group: ‘Please Just Stick…’

During ISAC, the interaction between idols is highly anticipated by K-pop fans. However, one particular star had to apologize to their fans after making claims of “flirting”with a boy group.

On August 7, NMIXX Sullyoon apologized to NSWERs after they expressed their disappointment at feeling neglected by the star in favor of male idols.

Specifically, NMIXX participated in the filming for the Idol Star Athletics Championship (ISAC) on the 5th.

On the same day, a large number of fandoms, including NSWERs, were invited to attend as spectators. However, unlike other fans, they took to social media to express their dissatisfaction with the “unsatisfactory”treatment they received from the girl group.

“NMIXX, hope you guys think twice about if you really did your best today.”

“I know that I am not an angelic fan who followed guards and (didn’t take videos), but it’s just that there is nothing to film because (NMIXX) didn’t really approach NSWERs. I went to see them, but I ended up seeing other idols.

It’s not like we even asked for fancy fan gifts, we just wanted you to come over to see us. Is that so hard? I’m sorry. I didn’t want to say this as well, but honestly, what upset me more than anything was when the MC told idols to greet their fans for the last time before going, NMIXX just left like that. I thought I just missed it, but they didn’t really come over. Yeah.”

In a popular video, Lily and Sullyoon were captured wearing smiles and engaging in conversation with their fellow JYP artist, Xdinary Heroes. However, the latter was particularly affected when the boy band member Jun Han disclosed that Sullyoon had kindly shared a juice drink from their fan support with her.

“Sullyoon and Lily, please just stick to your members. Don’t go around flirting with male idols.”

Despite facing increasing accusations of neglecting fans and flirting with male idols, the NMIXX member was made aware of the issue and subsequently addressed it through Bubble.

She wrote on the app used for communicating within the fandom:

“I know that it’s not a given for NSWERs to come and cheer for us. I should have treated you better, but I wasn’t able to do it, so I’m sorry.

After ISAC, I kept thinking about how I wasn’t able to give you guys attention. I’m not the only one who was busy and tired, I’m sure that everyone else in the arena were feeling the same too… I think I thought about myself too much.”

She promised her fans that she would make it up to them next time, stating:

“If we will be given the chance to meet like this is another schedule, let’s create good memories then. I will see to it that nothing will make NSWERs upset again. I am always so grateful. Sorry and I love you.”
