Fans of Love Island USA believe that the Australian Bombshell of this season made a major mistake in her decision of who to steal and couple up with.
Despite only just premiering on Tuesday, June 11, Love Island USA Season 6 wasted no time in bringing the drama and romance to Fuji. As ten hopeful Islanders stepped into the Villa with the goal of finding love and winning $100,000, it seems that one couple may already be facing some challenges.
During the first night, the Islanders paired up both by choice and default. Despite this, Rob Rausch and Leah Kateb displayed a strong chemistry that they were unwilling to let go of after choosing each other.
Despite the initial calm, everything changed when the Season’s first Bombshell, Liv Walker, arrived. She pulled Rob aside not once but twice, causing all bets to be off.
Despite also being interested in Kendall Washington and Aaron Evans, Liv ultimately listened to her intuition and chose Rob as the right partner for her.
Therefore, when host Ariana Madix gave Liv the opportunity to choose a partner, even though all the others were already coupled up, she chose Rob the snake wrangler.
Surprised by the selection, Rob stated that he had not anticipated being chosen, since he believed he had clearly expressed his lack of interest. He had reassured Leah before Liv made her decision that she had nothing to be concerned about.

Despite being the last remaining single Islander after Liv took her man, Leah still has the option to either win back Rob or couple up with one of the two new Bombshells who arrived at the Villa towards the end of Episode 1.
Even though Liv followed her intuition, viewers of Love Island USA were taken aback by her decision and labeled her as “delusional”for not realizing that Rob was not interested in her.
A fan on Reddit commented, “I don’t understand how Liv can choose Rob when he was clearly so distant. It’s obvious that he doesn’t want her.”
Some also concurred that Liv and Rob’s personalities are not compatible, citing his sarcastic nature as a mismatch for her.
Additionally, certain fans suggested that Liv’s decision to choose Rob could be attributed to his lack of interest in her. This may be because she is accustomed to men constantly showering her with attention.
Despite fans having already made their decision on whether Liv and Rob are compatible, Episode 2 will likely provide further clarity by addressing any lingering questions. A preview for the episode revealed Liv asking Rob if he was upset that she chose him over Kendall and Aaron.
