One of Modern Warfare 2’s most popular weapons is now showing up as a prominent option in MW3.
The continuity between Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 has sometimes sparked mixed opinions. When the latest CoD released, players were excited to still be able to use their favorite MW2 skins.
However, when it comes to arsenal, older weapons have taken a back seat to newer ones.
At one point, players even claimed that some were “unusable” compared to MW3’s options, due to the TTK changes in the new game.
Fans then continued to complain about the usefulness of MW2’s weapons in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, prompting the developers to strengthen some of them.
However, Call of Duty specialist WhosImmortal remains optimistic about a few of these options.
The best Lachmann Sub class in Modern Warfare 3
In his March 10 video, the content creator highlighted the Lachmann Sub as one of the best weapons in multiplayer, despite the fact that MW2’s weapons are generally not as powerful as their MW3 counterparts.

According to WZRanked stats, the Lachmann Sub is still a fairly neglected weapon and hasn’t gained much interest since receiving a buff.
