Once you’ve collected an Enchant Relic, proceed to the Keeper’s Altar, the exclusive site for enchanting fishing rods. Accessible through the Statue of Sovereignty, you must take a wooden elevator located inside the cave.
To descend to the Altar, pay Cole 400C$, then, once ready, ensure you have your rod equipped and interact with the Altar during nighttime. Doing so will consume your Enchant Relic and apply a random enchantment to your rod.
