TikToker Gabbie Egan has recently released an emotional apology in response to her arrest in Nashville for disorderly conduct and assault on a first responder.
Gabbie’s arrest outside a bar in Nashville on March 17, 2024, quickly spread on TikTok.
For weeks, viewers eagerly anticipated the female influencer’s response to the situation. Finally, on June 13, 2024, she tearfully apologized.
After waiting for a long time, I finally have the opportunity to speak on this matter today. It’s difficult for me to know where to begin,”she explained. “I was recently in court and I entered a guilty plea for my assault charge against a first responder. Unfortunately, I was unable to apologize to her there, as she had left before I had the chance to speak to her.”

Gabbie clarified that due to her intoxicated state on the night of the incident, she initially did not recognize the officer. She began her apology by acknowledging her disorderly conduct charge.
“I want to express my sincere apologies to the person whom I physically harmed at Ricky’s Honky Tonk. I deeply regret my actions and understand the gravity of the situation. In hindsight, I should have been reprimanded for my behavior. Due to being banned from [the bar], I am unable to offer a face-to-face apology, but I will be sending a letter to convey my remorse.”
The influencer extended her apology to the police officer she had headbutted during the incident, as well as every other officer who had to handle her that night in March. Egan also expressed her desire to address the situation since the night it occurred, but due to the case still being open, she did not feel at ease doing so.
The TikToker expressed her sincere apologies to everyone involved and has been feeling remorseful ever since the incident occurred. She also made it known that she intends to limit her alcohol consumption, explaining that she doesn’t like the person she becomes when she’s drunk.
The comments section of her video was inundated with support from viewers. A user even stated, “This is the most genuine apology I’ve ever seen on this platform.”
Another person commented that the post felt very genuine and relatable. They acknowledged the difficulty of dealing with mental health struggles and shared that they also cannot handle more than one drink at a time. They expressed happiness that the original poster has discovered this about themselves.
Gabbie’s apology follows closely after another TikToker’s recent apology for facing backlash over a controversial statement where she expressed her desire to use motorcyclists as “speed bumps.”
