TikToker’s Airport Packing Hack Saves Money

A TikToker has become popular for sharing a clever airport packing tip that could potentially help travelers save money.

According to reports, spending an additional $40 or above for checking an overpacked suitcase at the airport may pose a significant financial strain for numerous individuals. Nevertheless, this money-saving trick is rumored to be highly effective for individuals who tend to pack too much but wish to steer clear of excessive spending.

The footage captures the UK-based travel and fashion influencer and her companion using tote bags from a duty-free store to store their belongings, in an attempt to avoid paying extra for their luggage.

In the caption, Faith reassured her fellow overpackers: “This tip is for you… It always works like a charm – I’ve never been charged for an extra bag.”

Numerous TikTok users have commented, confirming the effectiveness of this hack. One person wrote, “I’ve been using this trick for years and it has never failed me. I’ve never had any issues when flying with Ryanair.”

“I’ve been doing this for years, and it even works with easyJet and Ryanair!” one person commented. “I’ve been doing this for years and it always works,” another affirmed, with a third person chiming in: “This is brilliant.”

Some individuals were displeased with the TikToker for revealing this hack. “Please refrain from disclosing our secret like that,”a viewer commented. “Stop spreading the word, it will ruin the experience for those who have been using it for years,”another person chimed in.

Although this is just one of the many ways travelers save money, it can sometimes backfire and result in disastrous consequences.

Just recently, a man attempted a popular packing trick by stuffing clothes into a pillowcase, zipping it closed, and concealing them. However, he was ultimately barred from his flight.
