The 10th Anniversary Project for Tokyo Ghoul has been announced, along with the release of a visual and special website. Fans have long been requesting a remake of the Tokyo Ghoul anime after being disappointed by its last season. However, there has been no official confirmation of a remake at this time.

The preparation for a new Tokyo Ghoul anime project has been confirmed by reliable sources. It is currently being referred to as Codename “Project 0” and is speculated to be a special episode. The visual for this special project can be seen below.
Despite much speculation, the contents of the special episode remain a mystery. The inclusion of ‘0’ in the title could imply it is Episode 0, or possibly a reboot. However, it is important to not get too excited as there is currently no confirmed information and none of these theories have been proven.

This includes all 12 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul, as well as all 12 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul √A, the OVAs Tokyo Ghoul: JACK and Tokyo Ghoul: PINTO, all 12 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul: re, and all 12 episodes of Tokyo Ghoul: re Season 2, all free of charge.
Possible Tokyo Ghoul Anime Reboot in the Future?
Despite the Tokyo Ghoul anime’s final episode airing in September 2014, the subsequent installments have consistently disappointed viewers, including the first one.
Despite being released in 2015 and 2018, Tokyo Ghoul √A and Tokyo Ghoul: re failed to meet the expectations of devoted fans of the manga series. This disappointment ultimately resulted in a call for a much-needed remake.
