Tom Hiddleston, who is famous for playing Loki in the MCU, suggested that there could be a significant confrontation in the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine movie.
Some Marvel enthusiasts are convinced that the pairing of Deadpool and Wolverine will reignite the Marvel Cinematic Universe, just in time for its summer release.
The movie’s trailer has revealed that Deadpool will come face to face with the TVA, also known as the Time Variance Authority. His mission will take him through the multiverse, where he will eventually cross paths with Wolverine, a character previously seen only in the Fox-owned X-Men films.
Many viewers are already aware of the TVA, as they played a significant role in the Loki TV series as both heroes and adversaries.
Due to the TVA’s association with Loki, a number of Marvel fans have theorized that the God of Mischief may make an appearance in the film. These speculations were further heightened by a statement made by Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki, himself.
When questioned about his desired opponent for Loki, Hiddleston expressed uncertainty and said to Variety, “Oh my goodness. I’m not sure. With the X-Men now in the mix, maybe Wolverine could be a possibility.”
When asked if he envisioned a confrontation between the two, Hiddleston avoided the question and responded with, “I’m not sure.”

It is not unrealistic to imagine Loki and Wolverine crossing paths in Deadpool 3, considering the finale of Loki established him as the most dominant figure in the MCU.
At the conclusion of Season 2, Loki selflessly gave up his life to destroy the Temporal Loom and utilize his magic to collect all strands of time, ultimately becoming the guardian of time itself.
If the TVA, Deadpool, and Wolverine were to once again disrupt the flow of time, endangering the delicate balance that Loki had fought so tirelessly to establish, it would not be surprising for the God of Time to descend from his throne and defeat the troublemakers.
