Tommy Fury and KSI Rematch Planned After “Lucrative” Proposal

A potential rematch between Tommy Fury and KSI seems to be on the horizon, as the reality television star from the UK has reportedly received a “highly lucrative” proposal to withdraw from the show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

The influencer boxing scene was significantly shaken when Jake Paul faced off against Tommy Fury in February 2023 and lost, marking the end of Paul’s unbeaten record and showcasing his vulnerability.

In the wake of that defeat, KSI publicly declared his intention to take on Fury, positioning himself as the one to dethrone him and claim the title of the top influencer boxer. However, much like Paul, KSI faced a similar outcome against the seasoned boxer and reality star. He even lodged an appeal regarding the match results, as it was widely believed he should have emerged victorious.

Despite KSI’s appeals being upheld, resulting in Fury maintaining his win, KSI had previously announced plans for retirement after that bout. Yet, he has since expressed a desire to step back into the ring, and it seems a rematch with Tommy may be on the table.

Tommy, who had been slated to participate in the UK reality series I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, has decided to withdraw—reportedly due to a more profitable opportunity, which is rumored to be a rematch with KSI, according to The Sun.

Tommy has reportedly pulled out of the reality show just two weeks before it was set to begin following extensive discussions about his participation.

As of now, neither a date nor a venue has been confirmed for the upcoming fight, although it is highly likely to take place in the UK. Their previous match occurred in Manchester, a familiar setting for Tommy, making it a strong contender for the rematch as well.

We will keep you informed on the developments regarding this situation. Stay tuned for further updates.
