FlixPatrol, a platform that monitors the success of content on Netflix, reported the Top 10 Most-Watched K-Dramas on the streaming platform as of Mid-2024. These rankings were determined by calculating the total viewing hours from the release date to mid-2024. The list is as follows:
- The Netflix Original series Squid Game (2021) has accumulated a staggering 2,315,500,000 hours of exclusive streaming.
- Attorney Woo (2022) has an outstanding record of 662,090,000 hours.
- The Netflix Original series “All of Us Are Dead”(2022) has accumulated a total of 659,510,000 viewing hours.
- In 2024, Queen of Tears was watched for a total of 653,900,000 hours.
- The Glory (2022) has been viewed for a total of 560,990,000 hours on Netflix, and is classified as a Netflix Original.
- The Land King (2023) clocked in at 446,900,000 hours.
- The first installment of Alchemy of Souls, released in 2022, has accumulated a total of 419,030,000 hours of viewing.
- My Demon (2023) recorded a total of 331,100,000 hours.
- The 2021 drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha”has accumulated a total of 300,580,000 hours watched.
- The business proposal for 2022 estimates a total of 279,110,000 hours.
Despite its initial release in early 2024, “Queen of Tears”has quickly gained global popularity and propelled Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won’s project to a high position, surpassing even the sensation of 2022-2023, “The Glory”.
