Decay is a lethal Quirk that grants the user the power to disintegrate objects by simply touching them with all five fingers, regardless of whether they are living or nonliving. Shigaraki awakened this Quirk during the Paranormal Liberation War, granting him the ability to deteriorate anything that comes into contact with objects affected by his decay.
The revelation of Decay’s existence occurred near the conclusion of the Final War Arc.
1. One For All

One For All’s main goal in My Hero Academia is to obtain the most powerful Quirk, One For All. When Tomura surprisingly stole Danger Sense, Kudo devised a plan to forcefully transfer One For All and its vestiges to defeat Shigaraki from within.
Following the development of his plan in Chapter 413, Deku proceeded to transfer all of the vestiges from Chapter 415. As of now, the main character has successfully transferred the One For All Quirk and the other abilities of past users, including Gearshift, Fa Jin, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float.
