The Bloodfiend’s Arm stands out as the ultimate Bleed weapon due to its high damage output and impressive Blood Loss capabilities, enhanced by its excellent arcane scaling. Additionally, the stagger mechanic of this weapon enables a continuous cycle of Bleed, making it effective even against the toughest Bosses.

The Bloodfiend’s Arm is widely considered the top Bleed weapon in the game. Not only is it highly effective at causing Bleed damage, many players argue that it is the overall best weapon in the game. Its power was so great that FromSoft ultimately had to make adjustments to it in order to maintain balance in the DLC.

Despite being Nerfed, the weapon remains at the top 1 spot. The most optimal strategy is to utilize Bleed infusion and increase your arcane stat, resulting in considerable Blood Loss damage. Additionally, using items such as Cragblade or Charged Heavy on the weapon will greatly damage Bosses.
