Ahn Eun-jin Reflects on Child Actor Kim Kang-hoon’s Growth During “Goodbye Earth” Filming

The press conference for Netflix’s latest series “Goodbye Earth”was held on April 19th at Mondrian Seoul Itaewon in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. At the event, Ahn Eun-jin shared her thoughts on portraying a teacher and collaborating with young actors.

She expressed, “As the children listened to me attentively, I was delighted to be a teacher who was more like a companion to them from the very beginning of our acquaintance.”

The actress shared, “During the filming, Kang-hoon was initially shorter than me. However, as time passed, he grew taller than me. It was a wonderful experience to witness his growth throughout the filming process.”This highlights her observation of Kim Kang-hoon’s growth while they were working together.

Despite the challenging filming conditions, Ahn Eun-jin expressed her fondness for the child actors by stating, “Even just holding their hands during intense scenes made me feel a strong urge to protect them.”
