Liz speaks out against Ed’s accusations of excessive spending

After Big Ed Brown claimed that he paid for everything to keep her happy during their time together, 90 Day Fiancé star Liz Woods fired back at her ex with a sharp response.

Ever since their breakup after Season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Big Ed Brown and Liz Woods have been publicly criticizing each other.

During an interview with InTouch on May 16, Big Ed expressed his sympathy towards Liz for having a difficult life and striving to improve it. However, he also admitted to feeling like he had let her down.

He explained, “I attempted to lavish her with financial support and reassure her, like I wanted to envelop her in a warm blanket and assure her of my love and her safety. When someone’s routine is disrupted, they struggle to cope.”

When an Instagram account dedicated to 90 Day Fiancé shared a screenshot of Big Ed’s interview, Liz was outraged and publicly criticized her ex’s statements about her in the comments section.

Liz stated that the man never showered her with money, but instead only covered her expenses on trips that he wanted to go on. She specifically mentioned that she couldn’t take time off work, but he still made her quit twice. Additionally, he showered her with lingerie.

“I covered all of my own expenses for the wedding and didn’t receive any reimbursement from the only person who contributed money.”

Liz clarified her financial involvement in the relationship by stating that she covered her own rent for her apartment and also contributed to a portion of the rent for Big Ed’s apartment.

Even after they relocated to a house in Arkansas, she continued to cover both the mortgage and rent for her San Diego apartment, despite no longer residing there.

Despite Big Ed’s lack of response to Liz’s comments about him, fans are showing support for her and applaud her for not hesitating to call Ed out.

Ever since the breakup, Liz has been devoting more time to her daughter and has gained a significant following on social media.
