On June 1st, viewers of MBC’s “Omniscient Interfering View”were treated to the guest appearances of Lee Joon and Choi Daniel in episode 301.
Choi Daniel’s unconventional daily routine was revealed as he surprised everyone with his middle-aged man-like morning habits. Despite struggling to make lemon juice and breakfast, he then indulged in his newfound interest of watching a dating show. Afterwards, he made a stop at a shop to prepare for his fanmeeting by getting his hair and makeup done.
Choi Daniel’s first fanmeeting in Korea after 13 years was announced by the program. This event was specially organized for his long-time fans who have continuously supported him. The actor meticulously selected the venue, created the poster, developed merchandise, and personally wrote the script. He even took the time to double-check everything in the waiting room before the fanmeeting began, demonstrating his exceptional devotion to his fans.
During Choi Daniel’s fanmeeting, he was surprised and touched when Lee Yi-kyung made a guest appearance and shared a heartwarming story. Despite being busy, Choi Daniel was unsure if Lee Yi-kyung would be able to attend. In response, Lee Yi-kyung expressed his loyalty by stating, “Since you invited me, I had to make the effort to come.”
Lee Yi-kyung shared that Choi Daniel has been a significant figure in his life. He mentioned a time when he was living in his car due to not having a place to stay. Choi Daniel kindly offered him his old vacant house and even covered the rent in cash, but Yi-kyung couldn’t bring himself to accept it. Additionally, Choi Daniel’s older brother, who resided in the upper house, generously took care of Yi-kyung’s maintenance and utility expenses.
Thanks to Lee Yi-kyung’s assistance, Choi Daniel was able to successfully make lasting memories with his fans during the fanmeeting.
