According to multiple reports, Toronto Ultra are set to sign two European talents as they complete their roster for the upcoming Call of Duty League season featuring Black Ops 6.
On Friday, September 20, news broke that Toronto Ultra successfully finalized the transfer of Thomas ‘Scrappy’ Ernst and Dylan ‘Envoy’ Hannon to LA Thieves.
Joining the roster will be Dan ‘Ghosty’ Rothe and, pending contract completion, Paco ‘HyDra’ Rusiewiez, creating one of the most impressive rosters seen in recent years.
This left Ultra with additional funds while concurrently needing to fill two vital positions for a new Assault Rifle and Submachine Gun player.

Beans has had a mixed presence in the league over the past seasons with average rosters where he showed his potential. He aims to solidify his spot in the league with a compelling performance on a stronger team in 2025.
In place of Envoy, Ultra is looking to secure Miami Heretics star José ‘ReeaL’ Fernández.
ReeaL had an impressive rookie year and excelled particularly at the 2024 Esports World Cup, achieving a 1.15 KD alongside standout clutches in Search & Destroy.
The Spanish player has faced challenges early in his professional CoD career, but he’s optimistic about finding consistency in Toronto.
Earlier in 2024, Ultra‘s parent company, OverActive Media, acquired the Spanish organization KOI, previously owned by Spanish streamer Ibai Llanos, and also controls the MAD Lions LEC team. This signifies the organization’s commitment to its Spanish roots while aiming to expand its fanbase in the region through this acquisition.
They are hopeful that ReeaL can effectively engage the Spanish audience while maintaining competitive prowess against the very best in the league.
