True Geordie’s Misfits Boxing Debut Conditional on Tempo’s Callout

True Geordie has stated that any potential fight on a Misfits Boxing card would have to be on his own terms, following his harsh response to being called out by Tempo Arts.

At the age of 19, Tempo won the Misfits heavyweight title in October after defeating Chase DeMoor by split-decision. The outcome of the fight sparked controversy, particularly due to the American’s intense pressure on his British opponent in the final moments of the match.

After emerging victorious in the fight, Tempo publicly challenged True Geordie. However, the devoted Newcastle United supporter has dismissed the call-out, stating that Tempo must first demonstrate his true abilities on a global stage before any talks of a potential match between the two can be taken seriously.

“True Geordie shared with Misfits Boxing that he did receive a call-out from him, which he appreciated. It’s a strange situation when someone you admire calls you out.”

However, in a subsequent interview, he questioned if True Geordie was avoiding a fight by making excuses. If I were his advisor, I would suggest calling out opponents who he could potentially face in the future.

“You have been given a great opportunity, with the entire world watching and finally giving you the attention you deserve. This is your chance to prove yourself in the ring.”Chase DeMoor, along with the rest of the heavyweight division, believes that he likely won the fight against Tempo.

“In my view, Chase DeMoor was the victor. Go and take back that win by actually doing something within your capabilities.”

I will only join Misfits for a fight if it is on my own conditions. Tempo, a 19-year-old, is not someone I am familiar with. I have never watched his YouTube videos or seen any of his work. This is not meant to be disrespectful, but there are bigger players in the game and then there are those who fly under the radar.

“Join forces with Chase DeMoor and defeat him decisively, becoming the true heavyweight champion.”
