The focus of the story then turns to Makoto and Shiki’s discussion, during which Shiki realizes that the demons’ primary objective is to target Limia’s hero, Hibiki. Shiki reasons that Hibiki’s innate ability to draw in followers is a much greater danger to the demons than Gritonia’s hero, Tomoki, who relies on false charm to manipulate people.

Despite Makoto’s strong desire to aid the hyumans, he is faced with a dilemma. Due to their previous trickery, he and his companions are unable to teleport to their location to offer assistance. As the episode progresses, Luto comments on the current situation, acknowledging that Kuzunoha is thriving but also expressing doubt as Makoto is not known to be fortunate.

Suddenly, a bright light appears in the sky, prompting Luto to remark on the arrival of the Goddess.

During the 20th episode of season 2 of Tsukimichi Moonlit Fantasy, Makoto and Shiki are surrounded by the Goddess’ light as she tries to teleport them against their will.

The Goddess’ chambers are where they are taken. Makoto, attempting to attack her, exposes his presence. The Goddess then commands Makoto to aid the hero in Limia against the demons. However, he declines and declares that he may join forces with the demons because of his animosity towards her.

Despite the Goddess’s attempts to intimidate him, he calmly responds to her. In a fit of rage, she prepares to punish him, but her underling interrupts with news of a visitor from the “original world”.

The Goddess, in a state of panic, offers a proposition: she will refrain from intervening with Makoto as long as he does not aggressively oppose humans. In exchange, he must rescue Limia’s hero and reclaim Fort Stellar. However, Makoto deems this offer unsatisfactory and inquires about the potential reward.

Feeling uncertain about what he should request, Makoto is on the verge of dismissing Shiki. Then, Shiki proposes giving Makoto the power to communicate in the “common”language. However, this blessing inflicts excruciating agony upon Makoto. Once he recovers, she transports them both to Limia, cautioning that if they fail to defend the hero and recapture Fort Stellar, it could lead to Makoto’s demise.
