On July 13th, “Esquire Korea”released a new video on their YouTube channel featuring an interview with TWICE’s Chaeyoung.
During the video, Chaeyoung revealed that her MBTI type is INFP. She also mentioned her preference for the nickname “Princess Strawberry”among all the others. Furthermore, she shared that as she’s getting older, her eyelids are becoming thinner and her eye shape is changing, causing people to comment that she resembles her mother more now.
Upon measuring her eye length to be 14.6 mm, Chaeyoung remarked, “My lips measure 21.7 mm. Would you consider them to be thick? Also, I have a mole beside my lips.”
She continued, “The last special tour was in 2024. We have been diligently preparing for our Japan concert scheduled for this July. We make a conscious effort to not miss meals and strive for excellent results in our work.”
When asked about her approach to writing lyrics, Chaeyoung replied, “I focus on the connotation of the lyrics, as it is crucial for the audience to connect with the song. Therefore, I put a lot of effort into ensuring that the connotation is portrayed effectively.”
Chaeyoung suggested the song “Cheer Up”by TWICE for ONCE who were heading to work on Monday. However, she then reconsidered and said, “Actually, ‘Cheer Up’ might not be the best option for Monday. I think ‘Feel Special’ would be a better choice.”
The female idol admitted that she rarely goes shopping and shared, “I recently purchased a shoulder massager to help with my stiff shoulders and resulting headaches. It was incredibly convenient to use – just place it on your shoulder and continue with activities like playing mobile games.”
