Many Twitch streamers are urging Twitch CEO Dan Clancy to maintain the ban on Adin Ross on the platform, following the emergence of Discord messages.
Last week, Ross appealed to Clancy to lift his ban on Twitch so that he could join forces with other popular content creators. He believes that collaborating with top creators like Kai Cenat will open his eyes and help him improve.
On April 20, a tweet from Twitter user “X”featured a screenshot of a direct message exchange between Ross and Clancy. In the Discord messages, Ross expressed his desire to discuss his ban with Clancy, who reassured him that he would make time for the conversation.
Twitch CEO Dan Clancy appears to be open to a conversation with Adin Ross, who is trying to get unbanned on Twitch.”Good try. On plane though. Heading to Asia. Willing to find a time once I get back in a couple of weeks.”pic.twitter.com/TH4k10JWO4

After this information was revealed, many streamers expressed their opinions on Ross on Twitter/X. The majority of comments criticized Clancy for even entertaining the thought of bringing him back.
“Twitch partner Rin Vixen stated that if Twitch truly values its minority creators, they will not allow this individual, who has deliberately targeted and harassed them, to remain on Kick.”
“Kaceytron questioned why there was even consideration given to Adin, as he has already been given multiple opportunities, far more than the average streamer would receive. She wondered why it was difficult to allow arrogant and immature men to fail.”
As evidenced by the images of the Discord messages, Clancy states that he will be traveling in Asia for the next few weeks and will not be available to communicate during this time.
For the time being, Ross’s ban on Twitch remains in effect, requiring him to continue streaming exclusively on Kick. Despite this, other renowned streamers on Twitch, like Cenat, have not addressed the possibility of Ross returning to the platform.
