Twitch Streamer Banned After Causing Fireworks Disturbance at Walmart

“Baller,”a popular Twitch streamer, has been removed from the platform due to a viral video showing him and his friend lighting fireworks inside a Walmart store.

On July 22, 2024, a video from Baller’s Twitch stream gained widespread attention. It depicted him and his friend, fellow Twitch streamer Hatecaps, setting off a firework in a Walmart checkout lane.

The individuals were clearly panicking over the firework, with one man attempting to extinguish it as soon as it started exploding.

“”Hurry hurry hurry,”they exclaimed. “Catch it! Catch it!”

Despite the Walmart employees’ attempts to confront them, the two men quickly fled into the store’s parking lot while the fireworks continued to go off.

It is unclear if staff or authorities ever apprehended them, but Baller’s Twitch channel has since been suspended. As of now, Baller’s friend Hatecaps has not faced a ban on the platform.

According to Baller’s channel, it is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. It is uncertain if the ban is directly linked to the duo’s actions of setting off fireworks inside Walmart. However, this conduct does go against Twitch’s Terms of Service for prohibited content, as stated in their guidelines.

“It is stated that you are bound to adhere to these Terms of Service as well as Twitch’s Community Guidelines.”

“You are prohibited from creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or storing any content that is inaccurate, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.”

Kai Cenat reported on July 4, 2024, that Twitch had threatened to ban him for engaging in dangerous activity. This came after his collaborative stream with MrBeast concluded with a room full of fireworks exploding.

Upon further inspection, it was evident that the setting was simply a set and not Kai’s real residence, which ultimately prevented the Twitch star from facing a potential ban on the platform.
