Twitch Viewer Issues Death Threats to Streamer Over Collaboration with Favorite Creator

Twitch streamer Albert ‘Peeguu’ Lee recently revealed a menacing voice message sent by a viewer who threatened his life following a collaboration with another streamer.

With a thriving community of over 44,000 followers on Twitch, Lee often shares his adventures in various countries, including Thailand and Taiwan. However, during a recent livestream, he took a moment to address a disturbing voice message from a viewer upset about his partnership with fellow content creator ‘Michaaam’ in Thailand.

While streaming with Michaaam, Lee received a phone call that disrupted their session. Noticing it was an unwanted caller, he laughed and suggested calling out this individual live on air. “This is actually super serious,” he remarked, explaining that the caller had been harassing Michaaam and had previously sent threats against him.

Lee elaborated that the viewer had started direct messaging him on Instagram with violent threats, one of which included a promise to “knock his block off.”Just as he began describing the situation, an aggressive voice message arrived from the viewer, which threatened to “rip [Lee’s] face off until nothing remains.”

The severity of the voice message left Michaaam visibly shocked, yet Lee remained calm. “Welcome to the internet,” he humorously responded. “There are indeed some crazy individuals out there.”

A clip from this incident quickly went viral, leading Lee to offer further insights about the ordeal in a Reddit comment on the LSF Subreddit. He mentioned, “The clip doesn’t capture all aspects of the experience. Regardless of personal feelings towards me, no one should send threats of violence or harass anyone through private messages.”

Lee also noted that despite advice to ignore and block the harasser, the matter is serious enough to warrant public awareness given the malicious intentions of the individual involved.

This concerning incident is not isolated; many streamers have faced similar threats. High-profile cases, such as Amouranth’s experience with a stalker who traveled from Estonia to her home in Texas, highlight the risks associated with being an online creator.
