TXT made headlines with their most recent accomplishment on the Billboard 200 chart.
TXT Sets Personal Record on Billboard Global 200 with ‘Deja Vu’
TXT’s career is currently gaining momentum for 2024, as the quintet has reached a new accomplishment.
On April 23, it was officially announced by Billboard that TXT’s sixth mini album “minisode 3: TOMORROW”has remained on the music chart. Sources have confirmed that “minisode 3: TOMORROW”has maintained its spot at No. 33.
This accomplishment ultimately came to fruition when the album initially debuted on the Billboard 200 at No. 3, solidifying TXT as the second K-pop group, following in the footsteps of their senior group BTS, to have a total of 10 albums on the Billboard 200 chart.
In addition to topping the Billboard 200, “minisode 3: TOMORROW”maintained its position at No. 1 on the World Albums chart for a second week. It also secured spots at No. 3 and No. 7 on the Top Album Sales and Top Current Album Sales charts, respectively.
Despite the album’s success on the Tastemaker Albums chart, the title track “Deja Vu”proved to be a standout hit for TXT. Not only did it gain popularity on various charts, but it also maintained a spot on both the Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. for three consecutive weeks, making it the group’s first track to achieve this feat.
According to Billboard’s rankings, “Deja Vu”maintained its position at No. 36 on the Global Excl U.S. chart, and also secured a spot at No. 74 on the Global 200 chart. In addition to their chart success, TXT was recognized on the Artist 100, placing at No. 12 and achieving a total of 71 non-consecutive weeks on the chart.
On April 1, TXT released their latest album “minisode 3: TOMORROW”along with its title track “Deja Vu”. As of April 26, the music video for “Deja Vu”on YouTube has accumulated a total of 53,988,981 views.
