Tzuyang Returns to YouTube After 3 Months Following Ex-Boyfriend Assault and Exploitation Allegations

On October 4th, popular YouTuber Tzuyang released a video titled “Hello after a long time” on her channel. This marked her first appearance since the incident, three months prior, during which she engaged with her fans through a YouTube live broadcast. Many viewers noted that Tzuyang appeared to have lost a significant amount of weight.

In her broadcast, Tzuyang expressed, “I’m doing well now. I want to start by thanking all of you. It’s been about three months since I last connected with you, and I wanted to extend my gratitude.” She elaborated, “I read many comments and felt immense support from those around me, which helped me greatly, and I wanted to thank each and every one of you for that.”

Tzuyang shared, “I took a break for three months to reflect on myself. It was a challenging time, and I feared I might never return to broadcasting, to the extent that it impacted my daily life. However, contrary to my fears, I received encouragement from my viewers, making the journey less overwhelming than I anticipated.”

Tzuyang went on to reflect, “I’ve thought a lot about my past, and while there are many things I regret, I often ask myself how I got through it. I questioned my choices and tried to understand them, even during my tears. Unfortunately, I can’t change my past, and the regrets linger because I cannot go back. Still, I am grateful for my experiences, and I recognize that I need to work harder moving forward.”

Addressing concerns from her fans about her weight loss, Tzuyang reassured them, saying, “I’ve indeed lost a lot of weight—44 kilograms—but now I’m maintaining a healthy weight at around 47 kilograms. I’m feeling much healthier now and have regained my appetite to enjoy the foods I love.”

In July, Tzuyang made headlines when she alleged that her ex-boyfriend, the CEO of her agency, had exploited her over an extended period, including claims of assault and an extortion demand amounting to 4 billion won.
