Embark Studios is committed to enhancing the already impressive ARC Raiders through regular patches. The latest update brings crucial bug fixes, improvements to gameplay systems, resolutions for known exploits, and a refreshed schedule for the upcoming Saturday map conditions. Below, we delve into the key features of the newly released 1.1.0 patch.
Key Features of the ARC Raiders 1.1.0 Patch
Though not a substantial update, the 1.1.0 patch introduces several significant enhancements. A notable change is that players can no longer deploy items to push others through walls, which was a frustrating aspect of PvP matches.
Another addition is a new charge progress indicator for the shield repair system, which provides players with better feedback during gameplay. Furthermore, deployment of Barricades near zipline exit points has been restricted. A common concern among players was that Augment Skills were not functional; this patch seeks to rectify this issue.
Additionally, the coveted Punch Hands emote, initially reserved as a pre-order bonus, is now accessible in players’ inventories. While several achievements remain glitchy, the patch successfully addresses the Well Travelled achievement, among other fixes.
In terms of gameplay, there is a notable update to the map conditions set to be released on Saturday. Players can look forward to:
- Hidden Bunker
- Night Raid Blue Gate
- Electromagnetic Storm

ARC Raiders 1.1.0 Patch Size
The download size for the 1.1.0 patch on PC is 1.2 GB, and it’s currently available for download on Steam. If the update does not appear in your downloads, a client restart may be necessary.

ARC Raiders launched exceptionally well, a rarity for live service games, particularly those built on Unreal Engine 5. One area I would recommend focusing on is the implementation of the DLSS transformer model. While it enhances visual fidelity, it presently encounters some issues with foliage rendering. As a temporary workaround, players can opt for the CNN model, albeit at the expense of image clarity.
Considering the game’s dynamics, it is highly likely that a series of new patches will emerge to address ongoing issues and introduce fresh content to the player community.
