Start by heading to the Fuel Control Building, which is conveniently situated next to the Rocket Assembly structure. If you’re zoomed out on the map, the label “Fuel Control” may not be visible, so ensure to zoom in for clarity.

Upon entering the Fuel Control Building, proceed to the server room located on the side. You may access it from either the main entrance or a side door. Inside the server room, look for the Magnetic Decryptor, which is identifiable by its green color. Refer to the images provided for precise guidance.

Once you’ve obtained the Magnetic Decryptor, your next destination is the Arrival Building. Upon your arrival inside the building, a new task will be prompted, directing you to utilize the Magnetic Decryptor on the top floor.
