Deciding between becoming a Soul Reaper or a Hollow can be challenging, as each carries distinct advantages.Soul Reapers are ideal for those who prefer a smoother and quicker progression path.

In contrast, choosing the Hollow path offers enhanced power but requires significant grinding. Future updates promise to introduce a third option, the Quincy, but details remain scarce. For now, players can explore these two primary routes.

Maximizing Level Progression in Hollow Era

Leveling strategies vary between Hollows and Soul Reapers. For Soul Reapers, I suggest completing recommended quests until you reach level 15, at which point you can attempt the challenging Shikai quest. Should you find difficulties here, tackle the initial quests to defeat Corrupted Shinigami Brutes first, aiming to level up to between 17 and 20 before proceeding.

If you are on the Hollow path, continue with the recommended quests until you reach Gillian status. After this, pursue quests that will allow you to evolve into Adjucha. Following this, you can choose to grind for Vasto Lorde and aim to join the ranks of the Espada, or you can skip ahead to become an Arrancar.

Regardless of your chosen faction, achieving level 50 is essential for evolution into the next tier. To expedite this process, I recommend farming Gillians and completing quests in Karakura Town, or alternatively, engaging with the Sword Students quest for effective levelling up.
