Find the Priestess NPC in a white cloak and select the option to present her with The Old Pocketwatch, which will trigger a short cutscene of the Duchess.
Following the cutscene, the Duchess class will be permanently added to your character selection options.

Once unlocked, the Duchess integrates into the Nightfarers at the Roundtable, transforming into a regular NPC. Players can interact with her in brief dialogues like other characters. During pivotal story moments, she will don her cloak again, serving as a Priestess and participating in essential narratives or cutscenes throughout the campaign. After her unlock, players can select her as a Nightfarer for Expeditions at their discretion.
