To earn a Tactical Nuke in Black Ops 6, you must achieve 30 consecutive kills without dying, utilizing only your weapons or equipment.
This challenge requires you to achieve all 30 kills in a single life—there are no resets, making this requirement particularly daunting.
Do Scorestreak kills contribute towards your Nuke?
No, kills earned through Scorestreaks do not count towards your Tactical Nuke. Treyarch has opted to increase the difficulty by stating that only kills made with your weapons or equipment, like grenades, will contribute to your streak.

How to deploy a Tactical Nuke

Your character will activate a walkie-talkie, enter a code, and a red notification stating “[Player name] went Nuclear. Nuke Inbound” will appear on-screen, complemented by a five-second countdown.
