His decline into disgrace and subsequent actions are pivotal to the storyline, establishing him as one of the series’ most crucial characters. In the universe of Jujutsu Kaisen, Domain Expansions signify the zenith of a sorcerer’s abilities. Among the intriguing characters in the series, Suguru Geto emerges as a multifaceted and formidable figure. Fan speculation about Geto’s Domain Expansion has persisted, with a compelling theory suggesting that it is referred to as “Womb Profusion.”

Why Womb Profusion is a plausible Domain Expansion for Suguru Geto in Jujutsu Kaisen

Given Geto’s abilities and character, the theory that his Domain Expansion is “Womb Profusion”aligns seamlessly with his persona. Womb Profusion represents a unique Domain Expansion capable of delivering a powerful, guaranteed attack without the need for enclosing barriers. This approach resonates with Geto’s inventive and strategic combat style, reflecting his knack for thinking outside the norm and deploying his powers in unconventional manners.

One significant piece of evidence that supports this theory is the observation that a sorcerer can utilize the Domain Expansion from an individual whose body they have possessed, as demonstrated by Kenjaku’s Cursed Technique. This was illustrated when Yuta employed Unlimited Void against Sukuna, indicating that Kenjaku, after taking over Geto’s body, likely deployed Womb Profusion as Geto’s Domain Expansion.

This suggests that while it is indeed possible, it does not definitively prove that Geto’s domain is Womb Profusion. In Jujutsu Kaisen 0, questions continually arose concerning Geto’s plans, particularly his faith in defeating Gojo with Rika by his side.

Considering his close association with Gojo, Geto would be acutely aware of Gojo’s strengths. His belief that Yuta’s abilities, including his copy power and bottomless cursed technique—which he mistakenly attributed solely to Rika—were sufficient to challenge Gojo seems overly optimistic. Even Kenjaku harbored this misunderstanding, presuming Yuta had lost those skills upon Rika’s departure.

Geto’s confidence in potentially possessing an open barrier domain could have contributed to his underestimation of Gojo. Gojo’s exceptionally powerful domain, Unlimited Void, has only been surpassed once, and that was by Sukuna’s open barrier domain, Malevolent Shrine.

This open barrier allowed Malevolent Shrine to assault Gojo’s domain from the outside, effectively dismantling it and negating Gojo’s Cursed Technique. This unique confrontation illustrated the superiority of an open barrier domain over an enclosed one.

With this understanding, it follows that Geto believed the key to overcoming Gojo might reside in an open barrier domain like Womb Profusion. The ability to circumvent traditional barriers and directly impact an opponent would provide a substantial advantage, which aligns with Geto’s tactical mindset and relentless pursuit of power within Jujutsu Kaisen.

Moreover, Geto would have continual access to cursed energy from Rika, allowing him to utilize his domain as frequently as necessary, along with all her abilities, including those she had copied. Geto would effectively command a vast array of powers, excluding Limitless.

Additionally, Rika’s formidable physical prowess could serve as a critical advantage in combat. Her strength could potentially tip the scales in a standoff between Geto and Gojo, allowing Geto to secure victory even if his unique domain were to fail.

Several factors might explain why Geto refrained from employing this domain against Yuta. It could have stemmed from a binding vow made to channel vast amounts of cursed energy to create his open barrier domain. Alternatively, it’s possible that his curses from Cursed Spirit Manipulation were divided, limiting his available forces.

Conversely, Geto might have underestimated Yuta, thinking using the domain against someone he perceived as a novice in Jujutsu would be excessive.

In conclusion, viewing Geto’s strategy through the lens of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 offers greater clarity, framing Womb Profusion as his Domain Expansion. It transforms his approach from a reckless gamble to a meticulously calculated decision that could have succeeded if he hadn’t underestimated Yuta’s actual capabilities.

While domains weren’t explicitly addressed in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, this retrospective insight enhances the narrative’s consistency with the overarching plot.
