In Chapter 160, the truth about these eyes is validated by Hikaru himself during a conversation with Aqua, where Hikaru refutes any involvement in the wrongdoings attributed to Ryosuke and Nino.
Nino reveals that simply by discussing Ai, Hikaru manages to captivate them to such an extent that they become almost addicted or brainwashed.

2. What Happens in Chapter 160?
In Chapter 160 of Oshi no Ko, Hikaru Kamiki refutes Aqua’s allegations of deceit. The dialogue unfolds, showcasing how Hikaru twists words to manipulate Nino and Ryosuke.
The extraordinary power of the deceitful starry eyes is unveiled. Through their exchange, Hikaru realizes that Aqua himself has adeptly convinced and misled many with that very ability.
