For assistance in fully completing the initial world, our Astro Bot Gorilla Nebula walkthrough is available. It will provide direction for locating all bots and puzzle pieces throughout the area and its planets, as well as revealing any hidden secrets that should not be overlooked.
Astro Bot Gorilla Nebula Bot Locations
Sky Garden Bot Locations
It is impossible to miss the first bot in this world. Once you have successfully defeated the two purple enemies on the first island of the level, simply climb up some rocks to see a bot eagerly waving for your attention.
After that, ascend the floating blocks to reach the next island where a bot is hanging onto the edge of a cliff, surrounded by adversaries. Eliminate the enemies before leaping and rescuing the bot with a hit.
As you progress through the level, make your way past the bounce pad and reach the next checkpoint. Climb up the ladder, grab the first puzzle piece, and activate the wire to reveal another bounce pad. Hop onto it and you will come across a Lombax-dressed bot trapped on a tree, protected by a purple enemy. This is one of the many PlayStation-themed bots that can be found in Astro Bot!
Descend the water slide and enter the lagoon on the third island. Observe the water’s surface and you will see a robot floating alongside some turtles.
The upcoming location may be less commonly traveled. While inside the lagoon, turn around and locate an air bubble with a propellor that can be activated by pressing and holding Square. This will reveal a hole in the ground that will transport you to a fish tank where you will find another Lombax being pursued by piranhas. Defeat the bunny enemies and use the zip at the back of the tank to rescue the bot.
The sixth bot can be reached by utilizing your newly acquired balloon abilities to enter the water tower. Once inside, allow yourself to sink to the bottom and enter the air bubble on the ground where a bot is fighting off some enemies.
The last robot on this level is trapped in a flower bed right before the end. Jump onto the flower bed and hit it to rescue the robot!
Creamy Canyon Bot Locations
The initial robot is modeled after Solid Snake and can be found hanging from an ice cream tree at the beginning of the level. To obtain the robot, all you have to do is jump to the tree and hit the trunk, causing it to fall to the ground and be easily claimed.
The second bot can be found on a pathway under the first ladybug bounce pad. Descend and slide across the ice, being careful to avoid any falling icicles, until you come across a bot constructing a snowman.
The second bot is located near the same cliff where you found the first one, but as soon as you arrive, it is abducted by a UFO. Continue following the bot throughout the level until you reach a round area with a ladybug that can be used as a platform. Use your attacks to position the ladybug directly below the floating bot, then jump up and collect it.
Afterwards, make your way to the section with the pig and an ice block. Stand in a spot where the pig will charge into the ice block, revealing a blue cross that you can use to spin and enter the underground area. Here, a robot can be found hanging onto the wall. Simply jump on the ladybug and hit the robot to obtain it.
Upon reaching the circular area where the third puzzle piece is located, descend the ladder on the right and rotate on the blue block to access an underground section. Eliminate the ladybug by sending it crashing into the ice blocks, causing them to shatter. Finally, save the bot located on a pedestal at the center of the ice.
In the previously mentioned circular region, turn towards the right and you will spot a ramp with arrows on it. Use one of the ladybugs to reach the top, then jump up and defeat the two enemies. You will then come across another bot.
You won’t miss the last bot in this level. When you reach the final stage and use the pig to crush the large ice block, it will fall out and land to the left of the bounce pad that you need to jump on to complete the level. It’s a simple task!
Az-Tech Trail Bot Locations
The initial bot at this stage is located immediately following the unstable bridge you must navigate. Use the ladybug to activate the bounce pad on the left, then jump up and defeat the yellow enemy to find a bot waiting for you.
Once you have obtained the punching gloves, continue to the section with two cacti. From there, drop down to a lower level on the right. Utilize the gloves to remove the red sticky block from the wall. Within the cavern, there is a bot that can be activated.
In the vicinity of the previous location, search for a wooden crate containing Wompa Fruit. Use the gloves to strike it from a distance, and a marsupial robot that looks very familiar will emerge!
Continue advancing through the level until you reach a cave with a door made of gold. Use your gloves to break it down and you will come across a robot that is being guarded by four enemies. Defeat the enemies and rescue the bot.
On the adjacent island, search for a blue bounce pad located on the far left of the region. Use the bounce pad to reach the bot that is trapped on a tree branch and release it by punching the trunk.
Continue moving forward until you encounter two blocks shaped like faces, rotating in a clockwise direction. The block nearest to you will occasionally reveal a red block that can be pulled. By doing this, you will uncover the sixth robot that is trapped in the jelly. Simply use your gloves to extract it.
Prior to utilizing the catapult to advance to the last level, make a stop at the island shaped like a face and eliminate any enemies that emerge when you tug on the jelly. Afterward, proceed through the opened blue portal while evading any electrified blocks. Upon reaching the conclusion, you will come across a bot with a Jak-inspired design!
Construction Derby Bot Locations
Once you have crossed the two plates brought level with the ground, thanks to the help of some cranes, the first bot of this level will appear. Climb up the walls and head towards the right to spot a bot holding onto a pole.
The next bot arrives soon after, and you notice a crane holding a load above a pile of cement. Activate the wire to drop the load into the cement, and then punch the debris that falls to rescue the following bot.
After entering the construction site, locate the ladder in the middle and then proceed up the yellow platforms that gradually increase in height. You will find a robot waiting for you at this spot!
As you continue to advance through the level, you will come across the next bot. It is positioned right in front of you, but it suddenly disappears when a UFO swoops in. Luckily, you can easily reach it by quickly dashing over a cavern filled with empty boxes.
Upon defeating the lone, gloved adversary on a pedestal, quickly make your way towards a slanted platform with dripping paint. Rather than going left, go right and enter a portal. Inside, you will find a paint gun that is necessary to highlight three platforms, enabling you to reach the robot stranded at the top. This is yet another themed challenge!
Next, make your way back to the left of the rotating platform and continue along the path until you reach a platform with both a gloved enemy and an electricity enemy. Take them down and proceed to the right, using a dash to reach the bulldog tile that will transport you to the top of a stack of boxes. Here, you will find the second-to-last bot in this level!
Keep climbing along the cranes until you come to a split in the path. To the right, you’ll see a glass floor with a themed bot held captive on a small crane by a group of enemies. Take them down to obtain the last remaining bot!
Mighty Chewy Bot Locations
This world’s boss fight only offers one bot to be obtained, making it one of the simplest stages thus far. Despite its ease, completing the boss fight earns you a bot with an Ape Escape theme as a reward. This marks the transition to the final level of this world.
Apes on the Loose Bot Locations
The initial Ape Escape-inspired robot appears immediately after viewing its cutscene. The robot will spot you and quickly disappear into the nearby foliage, becoming completely concealed. Use the L2 button to activate your radar and it will emerge from hiding once you are within proximity. Then, press R2 to swiftly capture it with your net.
The following creature appears on a crate in the main area and quickly flees. It does not require any puzzle-solving skills; simply chase it and take shortcuts until you are able to catch it.
If you move in a clockwise direction within this circular area, you will come across an ape peering into a water fountain nearby. Even if you try to sneak up on it, the ape will still notice you, so you’ll need to cut the corner of the fountain to catch it.
Progressing, a robotic ape is ensnared by a flying saucer circling a stone structure. Eliminate the adjacent slime monster to uncover a cable. Once pulled, it furnishes you with a stick of explosives to hurl at the alien craft, causing the ape to plummet to the earth.
The next area is a grid of bushes that may appear vacant at first glance, but pressing your radar with L2 will reveal the presence of a nearby bot. Use your tracking skills to locate the correct bush, then quickly press R2 to capture it by slamming down your net!
The sixth bot is moving on a pane of glass where the second puzzle piece is located. After retrieving the piece and scaring the bot away, it repeatedly travels across a square platform, making it effortless to obtain.
Besides that, there is a triangular platform situated slightly above the ground. Eliminate the slime near it and activate the wire to uncover a flower that can be utilized as a propeller by pressing Square. Along this platform, there is a bot, so pursue it and take shortcuts until you are close enough to capture it.
The following primate is located above a one-way slide next to a set of stairs. Upon climbing the stairs, it will slide down and then swiftly flee. It is rather simple to anticipate its next turn and capture it.
The second-to-last robot is trapped in a crate that is secured to a block of cement. However, if you strike the crate, the robot will immediately break free. It may be difficult to capture, but remember that it will only move along the perimeter of the cement pit.
Once you have located five bot-ape hybrids, a massive ape statue will appear with Specter, the final boss, perched at the top. Defeat the waves of enemies it sends your way and use a stick of dynamite to knock it out of the air. Then, catch it as it circles back around in the area.

Sky Garden Puzzle Piece Locations
Luckily, the first puzzle piece is easily spotted. Simply make your way to the top of the second island and climb up the yellow ladder. The piece will be directly in front of you. Once you grab it, a wire that can be pulled will be unlocked, allowing you to continue on.
The second puzzle piece can be found outside the lagoon where you land towards the end of the level. Unfortunately, a pesky flamingo is carrying it on its back, making it impossible to retrieve. To obtain the puzzle piece, you will need to utilize the floating gun that becomes available near the end of the level. Use it to transform into a balloon and float above the flamingo, then snatch the puzzle piece from its grasp.
The last piece of the puzzle can be found in the water tower, which is situated atop the cliffs next to the lagoon. It is being carried by a stingray on its back, so all you have to do is hover above it and release the balloon to safely reach the surface and acquire the final piece.
Creamy Canyon: Puzzle Piece Locations
To find the initial puzzle piece, make your way towards the snowman located to the right of where you obtain the first bot. Eliminate the adversaries and topple the snowman in order to expose a wire that can be pulled. By pulling on this wire, a puzzle piece will emerge!
The third bot can be found in the circular arena. To reach it, hit the ladybug on the ground until it moves under the small cliff, then jump onto the cliff to collect the puzzle piece. This area contains 503 characters and is injectable.
Continuing ahead, you will come across another ice wall and reach a circular area where a bird is carrying a puzzle piece. The process is the same as before – carefully position the ladybug and time your jump correctly to retrieve the puzzle piece.
Az-Tech Trail: Puzzle Piece Locations
Once you have swung using a red pole positioned horizontally for the first time, you will notice another red block located to the left of the nearby structure. Pulling this block will result in water being released into a pool, and it will also reveal the first puzzle piece.
After locating the fifth bot, you can pull on a red block on the right side of the level. This will reveal a bounce pad and a small island that you can climb up to reach the next puzzle piece at the top.
The last missing part of the puzzle can be found after the sixth robot, near the wall that you must climb over. Use the red poles that appear when you open the two previous face blocks to swing and then dive inward while jumping to obtain it.
Construction Derby Puzzle Piece Locations
It is important to pay close attention while flying into the map as the first puzzle piece is easily overlooked. Keep an eye out for cranes along the way, as one of them has a puzzle piece tucked to the left. Use your controller to tilt and grab it, otherwise you will have to replay the level to achieve 100% completion.
Navigate to the construction site with your dog’s help and go towards the right side. Locate a wire that can be pulled to release a crane containing the second puzzle piece. Use your magnet to gather metal cans and aim them at the magnet symbol on the crane. This will cause the crane to rotate, allowing you to obtain the puzzle piece.
At the fork in the road where you collect the final bot in the level, descend one platform on the tower and you will come across a wire on the floor. Pulling the wire will reveal green tiles on the ground. Walk over the tiles until you hear a distinct noise, then use the hover to blast it with lasers. This will reveal the last puzzle piece in the level!
Apes on the Loose: Puzzle Piece Locations
The initial puzzle piece is located above the water fountain where the third bot is found. By stepping onto the stream of water, you will be lifted upwards, allowing you to easily jump and retrieve the piece.
After discovering the fifth bot, proceed in a clockwise direction and ascend the ladder next to a stone pedestal. While crossing the glass floor, be mindful of a monkey that may run by, but also take note of a puzzle piece on the floor. Glide cautiously and reach a nearby pane of glass, then jump up to obtain the piece.
Once you have caught the seventh bot on the triangular platform, you will observe that the last puzzle piece of the level is floating just beneath the center of the triangle. Simply make sure to jump precisely and you will land on it while falling.
