Flutter Mane has established itself as a formidable Pokemon in the game, largely due to its impressive combination of Ghost and Fairy types. This makes it a significant threat to Dragon-type Pokemon, such as Dragonite. Additionally, its exceptional Sp. Attack stat ensures that it will consistently deal significant damage.
However, even with this build, it is still not advisable to attempt to defeat one of these colossal 7-Star Pokemon in a Raid on your own. Therefore, the author has included a few additional tactics to this strategy. One of the key components is the use of the held item Air Balloon, which protects Flutter Mane from the effects of Earthquake.
In addition, Flutter Mane’s combination of Ghost and Fairy types gives it a natural resistance to some of Dragonite’s moves, including Extreme Speed, Scale Shot, and Draco Meteor. Furthermore, bestowing the Stellar Tera-type upon Flutter Mane allows it to maintain its dual types while also greatly enhancing the power of its attacks through STAB bonuses.
