Here is a brief summary of the steps for creating or importing draft classes in NBA 2K25 MyNBA.
In this year’s game, NBA 2K25 introduced new elements to team management, including the return of the RPG-inspired MyGM mode. Additionally, the game will feature MyNBA, which provides a wider perspective on the league and online play, similar to other titles.
In a similar fashion to Madden and NHL, the 2K team offers the option for players to generate their own personalized draft classes. This feature is highly valued by those seeking a realistic experience, as the game is unable to include authentic draft classes due to licensing constraints.
MyNBA players have the ability to either create their own draft class or import one.
How to Import and Download a Draft Class
Just before the regular season begins, you have the option to import a draft class in NBA 2K25.
When beginning a game in MyNBA, players will have a choice of three different options to choose from.
- Auto-Generate Rookies
- Create/Edit Draft Class
- Load/Download Draft Class
Please choose one of the three options.
Using auto-generation for rookies allows the computer to randomly generate their positions and overall values.
Another option is to choose to either create a new draft class or edit an existing one. It is important to mention that players have the ability to make a draft class before starting a MyNBA save file. To do so, navigate to the ‘Features’ section on the home screen and click on the ‘Create Draft Class’ option. From there, players can personalize a past draft class, create a completely new one, or download one from the 2K Servers.
NBA 2K25 players have the option to import a draft class through MyNBA or the ‘Create Draft Class’ section. Simply choose the desired draft class and when prompted in MyNBA, select the correct one. It should be noted that at the time of release, there were several classes available for 2025, 2026, and 2027. Additionally, the ‘Hot’ section is organized based on the number of downloads.
