It has finally been confirmed that Aurora, also known as Sleeping Beauty, has joined Disney Dreamlight Valley with the introduction of the Storybook Vale Unwritten Realm update. Players will need to perform specific tasks to unlock her presence in the game.

The game consistently expands its roster of characters, with recent additions including iconic figures like Peter Pan, Alice, and the Cheshire Cat. Now, with Maleficent and Aurora gracing the world, players can immerse themselves in another enchanting chapter of the adventure.

Unlocking Aurora in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Step 1: Complete the Main Storyline of Storybook Vale

The primary questline in Storybook Vale revolves around persuading Hades and Maleficent to acknowledge their misdeeds. While assisting Hades is relatively straightforward, gaining access to Maleficent necessitates reaching her castle for a conversation with her, which is crucial for progressing towards uncovering Aurora.

This step is mandatory for those who haven’t yet completed the initial storyline. If you’ve already achieved this, proceed to the next section.

Step 2: Unlock Maleficent

After finishing the main quests, your journey continues as you must unlock Maleficent to embark on quests related to locating Aurora.

Step 3: Discover The Missing Princess

Before you can dive into the quest known as The Missing Princess, it’s vital to achieve at least friendship level seven with Flynn Rider. Once this milestone is reached, engage Flynn in conversation, and he will assist you in your quest to locate Aurora.

However, due to the curse affecting his memory, Flynn won’t recall too much, which is why reaching friendship level seven is essential. After this, he will instruct you to unearth and access three pages from Aurora’s Diary.

The diary pages can be found at these specific locations:

Disney Dreamlight Valley Aurora page 1
Disney Dreamlight Valley Aurora page 2
Disney Dreamlight Valley Aurora page 3
  • Near a waterfall on the western edge of the Bind.
  • In proximity to a beanstalk root close to Maleficent’s castle.
  • Adjacent to a body of water in the Elysian Fields.

Be sure to dig up these pages and interact with them. Following this step, return to Flynn, who will clarify that Aurora had intended to meet with the Lorekeeper but never showed up.

We will continue to provide updates on this quest, so make sure to check back for new information!
