The MW3 and Warzone players can now unlock the JAK Slash, a new underbarrel attachment that offers greater utility for their weapons.
The JAK Slash is the third Aftermarket Part introduced in Season 5, following the JAK Widemouth Barrel and JAK Cataclysm.
Unlike the others, which completely transformed their designated weapons, this is simply an underbarrel attachment that is compatible with a wide range of primary guns. This includes assault rifles, battle rifles, LMGs, Marksman Rifles, and even certain Sniper Rifles.
When equipped, this attachment transforms gun melee attacks into knife swings, mimicking the effects of a Throwing Knife. Additionally, it significantly enhances important mobility statistics such as sprint speed and movement speed, making it an extremely distinctive and ideal choice for those who prefer a high-speed playstyle.
How to Obtain the JAK Slash Underbarrel Attachment
The JAK Slash can be obtained by successfully completing any five weekly challenges from Season 5, Week 3. These challenges can be completed in any combination of multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies modes.
Once you have completed five challenges and obtained the JAK Slash, you can attach the Aftermarket Part to the underbarrel section of most primary weapons in the gunsmith. Unlike other AMPs, the JAK Slash does not have a level requirement for it to be equipped.
The JAK Slash is a reward for completing Season 5 Week 3’s challenges.
