The final season of MW3 before the launch of Black Ops 6 is filled with exciting new content, particularly with Halloween-themed updates.
This season features crossover skins inspired by The Walking Dead and Smile, a variety of new core maps such as Drive Thru and Mad Cow, along with several seasonal game modes. It looks to be a thrilling spooky season.
A new season also introduces fresh firearms, including two new weapons: the Kastov LSW and the DTIR 30-06.
How to unlock DTIR 30-06 in MW3 & Warzone
To unlock the DTIR 30-06, you must complete Sector 6 of the Season 6 Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Battle Pass. The season kicks off on September 18, allowing players to start their grind for the weapon once it goes live.
There’s no need to purchase the Premium Battle Pass or BlackCell to access the DTIR since, as is customary with Call of Duty, all new weapons are available for free; you just need to put in some effort.
Completing Sector 6 is essential to unlock the DTIR 30-06.
Because it unlocks at Sector 6, it should be fairly simple to achieve, as you only need to complete Sectors 2 and 4 before progressing to Sector 6. However, if you desire the weapon immediately, buying BlackCell will allow you to receive tier skips for quicker access.
According to the developers, the DTIR battle rifle has a slow fire rate but delivers heavy damage, making it ideal for long-range engagements, especially when equipped with a scope.
Once you’ve unlocked the DTIR, it will not transfer to Black Ops 6 multiplayer but will carry over to Warzone with the integration of the new installment.
