First, note that the Gym Rat badge from previous versions has been renamed to Workout Warrior in NBA 2K25. However, the requirements remain largely unchanged—you’ll still earn this badge by working out frequently, which allows for new body types. Here’s how to unlock this new badge.

Visit the Gatorade Facility to access the gym and prepare for your initial workout. Your stamina begins at 85 points. Each week, you can complete four workouts, with each session increasing your stamina by two points. Starting with the bench press is advisable, as it is one of the easier exercises to master, alongside using the treadmill.

To achieve an excellent rating during your workouts, make sure to manage your joypad sticks effectively and press the A button when necessary. Patience and skill improvement are key, as there are no shortcuts this year. If you can earn an excellent session rating, achieving three stars on all four workouts within a week, you will unlock a new body type for your character, along with a turbo meter that remains active for the week.
