Players of Call of Duty have been diligently working to unlock the Sirin 9mm as part of the ongoing Hit List event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. For those eager to get their hands on this new weapon sooner, there are alternative methods, albeit with certain conditions attached.
In Black Ops 6, players can locate new weapons within the Battle Pass, but also through in-game events like the Hit List. The Sirin 9mm, a unique secondary weapon that operates akin to a compact SMG, is one of the primary rewards of this event. However, unlocking it requires the entire community to achieve a staggering milestone of 50 billion total kills by the deadline of December 5.
Gain Early Access to the Sirin 9mm, But It Comes with a Price
On November 26, the newly launched Cash Bandit Bundle appeared in the CoD Store. This bundle features the Raccoon Goon Operator Skin, a variety of themed items, as well as the Debt Collector Blueprint specifically for the Sirin 9mm. For a price of 2,800 CoD Points (approximately $25 or £20), players can immediately unlock the base version of the weapon, allowing for upgrades and customizations ahead of the event’s completion.

This announcement received mixed reactions from the community. Many players expressed frustration over what they perceived as a “pay to win” model, especially since the community might struggle to reach the ambitious kill milestone by the deadline. One player commented, “Pay to win for sure; it will never hit 50b, so they sell a p2w bundle to ensure that people can get it.” Leading CoD analyst JGOD also weighed in, mentioning how disappointing it is to see content gated behind monetary barriers until the event concludes.
Furthermore, many players criticized Activision for launching the bundle during the event, labeling it as nothing more than a “straight money grab.”
How to Unlock the Sirin 9mm Without Spending Money
Despite the criticisms, players have discovered a method to equip the Sirin 9mm without any financial investment or waiting for the Hit List event to terminate. This strategy, although it currently works solely in Warzone, is likely a glitch that may be corrected in future updates. Hence, players are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity while it lasts.

For those who prefer not to purchase the bundle, be sure to explore this free method before it is patched. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the end of the Hit List event or opt to buy the bundle to enjoy the Sirin 9mm.
