Call of Duty’s Black Ops 6 and Warzone have launched the highly anticipated Hit List event, featuring the introduction of the fully automatic Sirin 9mm secondary weapon. Players can unlock this powerful addition across multiplayer, Zombies, and Battle Royale modes.
This event coincides with the arrival of two exciting new weapons: the Krig C and Saug, both part of the Season 1 Battle Pass. Further updates are expected with the mid-season content drop. However, players can get a head start by participating in the Hit List event to earn the Sirin 9mm alongside the new Power Drill Melee Weapon.
Unlocking the Sirin 9mm in Warzone and BO6
The Sirin 9mm weapon becomes available as players engage in the Hit List event during Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The goal is for the community to collectively gather a staggering 25 billion skulls before the event concludes on December 4.
Skulls are earned through eliminations, with varying rewards depending on the game mode played. Below is a breakdown:
- Multiplayer: 1 skull per elimination.
- Zombies: 1 skull for every 5 eliminations.
- Warzone: 5 skulls per elimination.
Although individual player contributions may seem minimal in light of the vast target, there are still personal rewards to pursue. Collecting 1,000 skulls will unlock various rewards such as a Loading Screen, Calling Card, Emblem, Weapon Charm, and the Power Drill Melee Weapon. Thus, players will need to exhibit dedication and patience as the community aggregates the total skull count.
The wait is likely to be worthwhile. Despite functioning akin to an SMG, the Sirin 9mm is classified as a secondary weapon in the new “Special” category. It offers fully automatic fire with a slower rate, but according to the developers, it maintains accuracy at mid-range distances.
Players can enhance the Sirin 9mm with various attachments, including an Optic, Muzzle, Barrel, Underbarrel, and Magazine. This customization improves recoil control and damage range, making it a formidable secondary option in Battle Royale scenarios—great for players looking to avoid the Overkill perk until a more powerful SMG is obtained.
