Obtaining Spear Melee in MW3 & Warzone
The Spear Melee weapon in MW3 and Warzone will require completion of several challenges to unlock, through a mid-season Battle Pass Sector Unlock.
The blog did not disclose any further information, however, it is typical for unlock challenges in the Classified Sector of the Battle Pass to be related to the weapon’s category.
Similar to the Soulrender challenges in Season 3, players will have to complete five Melee-themed challenges in the Sector, one for each of the battle pass tiers.
When it comes to its release date, in the past the term “mid-season”has been used for the launch of MW3 and Warzone’s Season 5 Reloaded update, which typically includes new content from the developers. How to Use Spear
Players of MW3 and Warzone will be equipped with three Spears upon spawning. They will have the option to either engage in “rapid piercing strikes”with their gun or throw the Spears at their enemies. A reticle will be provided to adjust for different distances when throwing the Spears.
As long as the player has at least one Spear in their possession, they have the ability to retrieve any thrown Spears from the territory. Furthermore, by utilizing both the Spear and the new Torque 35 Launcher, they can impale enemies against the wall with the sharp tips of these weapons.
In addition to new weapons, Warzone and MW3’s Season 5 also feature a collaboration with WWE, bringing themed modes and Operator skins based on beloved wrestlers for players to enjoy.
