Escape from Tarkov is gradually incorporating more cosmetic items and microtransactions into its gameplay. Considering that this feature has been absent for several years, the recent introduction of such elements each year comes as no surprise. The latest development includes a limited-time cosmetic event, where players can enhance their hideouts with unique customization options. This particular event incentivizes player engagement through Twitch subscriptions, allowing participants to earn a special Tranquility-themed hideout appearance.
Tranquility Hideout Twitch Drop Event Details

The Twitch drop event for Escape from Tarkov will run from January 27 at 8 AM EST to February 3 at 8 AM EST. During this week-long event, players can earn the Tranquility-themed hideout, which includes unique aesthetics for the wall, floor, and ceiling of their in-game sanctuary.
To participate, players will need to subscribe to at least two Twitch channels of streamers who are involved in the event. It’s important to note that there are no complimentary rewards involved; only paid subscriptions qualify for the drop. Additionally, gifting a subscription counts as participation, but simply receiving one does not.
Players can choose from various popular Escape from Tarkov streamers, including Pestily, LVNDMARK, TheBurntPeanut, Stankrat, and others. Look for streamers who have the “!drops” tag in their titles, indicating their participation in the event. By donating to any of these streamers, you can unlock the coveted Tranquility hideout customization.
Linking Your Escape from Tarkov and Twitch Accounts

While connecting your Escape from Tarkov account to Twitch is not mandatory to earn the Tranquility hideout, it is highly recommended for a seamless experience. If you do not link the accounts, you will need to manually claim your rewards from the Twitch drops page after the event concludes.
To link your accounts, visit the Escape from Tarkov website. After logging in, navigate to your account profile and find the “Actions”section on the right side. You will see an option to connect your Twitch account. If already linked, it should appear as indicated in the provided screenshot.
To verify that you have received the Tranquility hideout customization, go to your hideout from the main menu and select the “Customization” icon located in the upper-left corner. Any unlocked Tranquility-themed cosmetics should be visible there. If they do not appear immediately, give it a few minutes for the system to update. Additionally, you can monitor your drop progress on Twitch to ensure you’ve completed the necessary steps for the event.
