Tiana’s Palace restaurant in Disney Dreamlight Valley presents steep competition for Remy, but opening this upscale dining establishment is no easy task.
In line with the Princess and the Frog, Disney Dreamlight Valley offers Tiana a permanent position at her own restaurant, along with a Meal Stall to fulfill all of your dining needs.
Although it is included in the Dapper Delights update, the new content will not be immediately available when you start the game. Instead, there are a few steps that must be completed in order to unlock Tiana’s Palace restaurant.
How to Get Tiana’s Restaurant
To gain access to Tiana’s Palace restaurant, complete Remy’s A Taste for Literature quest and have Tiana join the Valley. Afterwards, increase your Friendship level with Tiana by spending time with her or giving her gifts until it reaches level 2. The following steps will be explained in more detail.
Unlock Tiana
Welcome to the Valley, Tiana!
If you do not currently have the quest A Taste for Literature in your quest log, please check your mailbox for a letter from Remy titled “A Culinary Development!”Upon reading the letter, you will be granted the quest A Taste for Literature.
To successfully finish A Taste in Literature, you must locate a cryptic tome within the Glade of Trust, deliver it to Remy, consult with Moana, Mickey, and Merlin regarding its contents, and concoct a fresh Enchanted Shrimp Étouffée recipe to revive the townspeople’s recollections.
After finishing these tasks, Tiana will become a member of the Valley and request that you select a biome for her home, marking the end of A Taste in Literature.
Improve Your Friendship with Tiana to Level 2
Chez Remy’s doesn’t have a piano, last time I checked.
To achieve Friendship Level 2 with Tiana, invite her to spend time together while you work on tasks or give her flowers, stones, or select items from the gift menu that she enjoys.
Upon reaching Friendship Level 2, you will have the opportunity to speak with Tiana and initiate the quest, Back from The Bayou. The initial objective of this quest is to strategically place Tiana’s Palace restaurant in the Valley.
In order to start the restaurant, it is necessary to establish the Meal Stall and assist Tiana with any additional repairs until completing the task of returning from the Bayou.
