Based on their individual piece counts of 318 for the Ferrari and 328 for the Camaro, the requested price seems justified in comparison to similar Speed Champions replicas that have fewer bricks.
For instance, the Lamborghini Lambo V12 Vision GT Super Car kit is priced equally to the upcoming sets, yet it consists of 230 pieces.

However, for those who are fans of NASCAR and prefer the classic LEGO bricks rather than the Technic elements, a new option will be available on August 1, 2024 in the form of a Speed Champions version.
