Upcoming Pokemon Go Event: Ultra Beast Raids, Bonuses, and More from Ultra Space

Niantic has officially declared that the upcoming Pokemon Go event, Shared Skies, will be coming from Ultra Space.

It is always exciting when the Ultra Beasts make a comeback in Pokemon Go raids. This time, a special event will showcase multiple Ultra Beasts, giving players the opportunity to catch a few and expand their Pokedex over the course of a couple of days.

The mobile game first introduced Ultra Beasts during Go Fest 2022 through Special Research quests and 5-star Raids. The most recent additions to the Ultra Beast roster were Blacephalon, Stakataka, and Naganadel, which were included in the Ultra Space Wonders event in May 2024.

Inbound from Ultra Space Schedule

On Monday, July 8, 2024 at 10 AM, the inbound from Ultra Space will begin and continue until Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 10 AM in local time.

This implies that the event will be immediately replaced with Pokemon Go Fest 2024: Global once it concludes.

Event Bonuses

The main emphasis of Ultra Space’s event bonuses is on Remote Raid Passes for inbound players.

During the event, trainers who play Pokemon Go will receive the following bonuses:

  • From Monday, July 8 to Thursday, July 11, 2024, the limit for Remote Raid Passes will be expanded to 20.
  • There will be no restriction on the number of Remote Raid Passes available from Friday, July 12 to Sunday, July 14, 2024.
  • From Friday, July 8 at 10 AM to Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM local time, trainers who are level 31 and above will be assured of obtaining Candy XL when trading Pokémon.

During Inbound from Ultra Space, different days will feature a variety of Pokemon in Raids. Some of these Pokemon have a chance to appear as Shiny, indicated by an asterisk.

Five-star Raids on July 10

  • Celesteela (Southern Hemisphere)*
  • Kartana (Northern Hemisphere)*

  • Blacephalon (Western Hemisphere)

Five-star Raids on July 12

  • Buzzwole (the Americas and Greenland)*
  • Pheromosa (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India)*
  • Xurkitree (Asia-Pacific)*

Timed Research

For $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency), players can buy a Timed Research ticket and gain access to tasks focused on winning Raids. The prizes include XL Ultra Beast Candy, 2024 Stardust, and other rewards.

Global Challenge

During Inbound from Ultra Space, you have the opportunity to take part in a Global Challenge. If successfully completed, trainers will be able to utilize Beast Balls when encountering Ultra Beasts at Pokemon Go Fest 2024: Global.
