A Valorant player was surprised to discover that their viral moment had been permanently memorialized in the game with a player card featuring one of the most famous clips in the game’s history.
Riot has a knack for incorporating community inside jokes into their games. From including a spray referencing the popular ‘Revive me Jett’ meme, to designing a player card showcasing pro player Crashies’ comical Ace on Fracture, they never miss an opportunity to include these references.
Once again, Riot is taking action, this time commemorating a different popular moment within the community by paying tribute to a random player’s viral clip from Valorant.
They really turned this clip into a Player Card 😭 pic.twitter.com/RtlpDnTMNg

As players got a glimpse of what Patch 8.08 has in store, some observed a Player Card featuring Reyna in the Battle Pass, slicing a KAY/O knife mid-air. Interestingly, the art also includes a player HUD.
It was definitely done on purpose, as it alludes to a popular video that circulated in 2023 of Reyna performing the same action on Bind, but now from the viewpoint of the KAY/O.
Despite this, it appears that the player who executed the impressive play was taken aback when they stumbled upon their own clip on the Valorant subreddit and proceeded to share their astonishment.
In their post, user skepia_cutie shared, “I woke up to my friend spamming me on Discord, claiming that I had turned into a Valorant Player Card. At first, I didn’t believe them, but then I saw it on Twitter.”
If you are interested in obtaining the spray for yourself, it can be obtained as a free reward in the current Episode 8 Act 3 Battle Pass at Tier 25.
