Are Vampiric Powers Usable in Diablo 4 Season 4?

Although there were only 22 available options in Season 2, Vampiric Powers are still usable in Diablo 4 Season 4 and are not as valuable as before. It is reassuring to know that Blizzard has decided to maintain this feature, as it has received positive feedback from fans in previous seasons.

Blood Boiling	Spawn three Volatile Blood Drops whenever you manage to overpower enemies with Core Skills. If you collect these drops, they’ll explore, causing Physical Damage. You also get to overpower enemies with skill moves once every 20 seconds.
Moonrise	Stack Attack Speed up to 5 times when you cause damage with a basic attack. Once you have maximum stacks, you will enter Vampiric Bloodrage. In this mode, you’ll have great movement speed and damage with your basic attack.
Undying	Heal whenever you perform a skill, and the healing rate doubles if your current health is below 50%.
Metamorphosis	Turn into a colony of bats for five seconds. You can’t take damage in this state, and enemies also get infected with Vampiric Curse.
Hectic	The active cooldown will reduce after you cast 5 basic skills.
