Viewers express frustration with Queen of Tears plot twists before final episodes

During the April 21st episode of tvN’s Sat-Sun drama “Queen of Tears” , Hong Hae-in (played by Kim Ji-won) underwent brain surgery despite the potential risk of losing her memories as a side effect.
