The bistro hot dogs at IKEA, a popular and beloved home furnishing store, are just as well-known for their affordable prices as the store’s bargain offers. A shopper was surprised to discover the amazing deal on hot dogs while browsing at the store.
While waiting in line, a TikToker with the username @shushery zoomed in on one of the store’s menu boards and shared with viewers, “Indulge in as many hot dogs as you want. Get your glizzy on.”
The term “Glizzy”is commonly used to describe hotdogs. Originating in the rap community, it is a slang term for a Glock handgun. The connection between the two words can be traced to the fact that the extended magazine of a pistol resembles the length of a hotdog.
Customers had the option to purchase single hot dogs for 50 cents, a bundle of three for $1.50, a pack of 10 for $5, or a bulk quantity of 25 for $12.50.
The content creator zoomed in on the price and exclaimed, “And you can get 78 hotdogs for $39! That’s less than a dollar per hotdog!”This final price truly surprised her.
